Andrew Baumgardner brings more than two decades of experience in real estate, finance, and strategic deal-making to his role as Executive Vice President of Development and Finance at Dominion Advisory Group, Inc. (“Dominion”). Known for his ability to navigate complex transactions from every angle, Andrew leads projects ranging from land assemblages and ground-up retail developments to large-scale leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. He combines a developer’s vision with a strategist’s precision while structuring deals that maximize value and manage risk.

At Dominion, Andrew identifies high-potential sites, assembles the right capital and tenant mix, and guides projects from concept through completion. Many of these developments are designed as legacy assets intended to create lasting value across generations.

In addition to his leadership role at Dominion, Andrew is a Texas-licensed real estate salesperson and represents clients in select leasing, sales, and disposition transactions. He is also the founder of Baumgardner Law, PLLC, a separate law practice dedicated to commercial real estate matters. While Dominion engages a range of outside counsel for legal services, Andrew’s legal expertise and Board Certification in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization provide a valuable resource to the company and its clients.

Beyond Texas, Andrew manages large-scale property operations in Costa Rica’s famed Blue Zone, one of the world’s longest-living and healthiest regions. This work involves entitlements, infrastructure planning, and oversight of on-the-ground teams, requiring navigation of unique legal, cultural, and logistical challenges and demonstrating his adaptability and problem-solving skills in any environment.

Andrew is a graduate of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio’s Leadership Development Program and Leadership San Antonio and has been named to the San Antonio Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list. He is an honors graduate of St. Mary’s University with dual B.B.A. degrees in Finance and Mathematics and earned his Juris Doctor with honors from The University of Texas School of Law.
